2006:International Falls Unit #2: American Hydro Horizontal Francis Quad Runner

• Upgraded and replaced all wicket and operating arm bushings, installed new wet bearings

2007:International Falls Unit #7: S. Morgan Smith Horizontal Type "O" 1921

• Repaired runners, replaced Lignum Vitea guide bearings, refurbished thrust bearing, replaced all wicket and operating arms, sandblasted and repainted housing, repaired water pit that included structural steel and concrete, performance check of unit verified a 10% water to wire increase in efficiency.

• Redesigned wet guide bearings to eliminate need for flush water and to reduce maintenance costs, upgraded and replaced all wicket and operating arm bushings.
